How do I convert the lumen output of a bulb?

To replace a 15W with 90 lumen incandescent bulb, use a 4W Verbatim LED Lamp with 90 lumen.
To replace a 25W with 220 lumen incandescent bulb, use a 6.5W Verbatim LED Lamp with 250 lumen.
To replace a 40W with 415 lumen incandescent bulb, use a 10W Verbatim LED Lamp with 480 lumen.
