Audio FAQs
If the microphone on your headset isn’t working, try the following:
- Make sure the cable is securely connected to the audio input/output jack of your source device.
- If you’re connected to a computer, check your computer’s microphone input settings and make sure they’re properly configured.
- Check to see if your microphone is muted in your computer settings or in the application you’re using.
- Try your headset on a different device.
If you aren’t hearing audio from your headset, try the following:
- Make sure the cable is securely connected to the audio input/output jack of your source device.
- If you’re connected to a computer, be sure your computer’s sound output settings are properly configured.
- Try adjusting the volume on your device or application.
