My Verbatim USB Drive is not recognized. Do I need to install a driver ?
No, all of our USB2.0/USB3.0/USB3.2 Gen1 USB Drives are plug and play on Windows and MAC OSX. Additional drivers are not required. Product can be unformatted, not mounted or faulty. Please contact our support via our contact form for additional assistance.
When trying to run the Verbatim SecurePro.exe, it displays the error message 'The program requires a newer version of the Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer'. How can I solve this ?
Please download and install the firmware update for the Secure Pro USB Drive USB 3.2 Gen 1, to solve that problem. The updater is only available as windows version, but updates the software for PC and Mac.
