What are the delivery charges and timeframes for orders?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $13, which includes overnight delivery to capital cities Australia-wide.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

No. You can approve ATL (Authority to Leave) and nominate a safe place for your package to be left. Otherwise you must sign for the package upon delivery. If you are not home, the package will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

Do you deliver internationally?

No. We only offer postage within Australia.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased online?

We can only accept returns if the product is unused and in its original packaging. You will need your online receipt or invoice number.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If an order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to cancel the order.

Can I get express delivery?

All online purchases are shipped via Star Track, which offers overnight delivery to capital cities Australia-wide. Delivery to regional areas can take slightly longer, but in most cases will take around 2 days.
